This is a state regulated fee for the processing of the paperwork in association with the purchase of a vehicle. West Virginia has one of the lowest fees in the United States. Many states allow dealers to collect hundreds more which allows out-of-state dealers to advertise prices that appear much lower than local dealers. This fee is assessed on all transactions. Some financing options will not qualify for the Internet Price. All internet vehicle prices include a $1000 trade-in assist applied to the price. This requires the purchaser to trade a qualifying vehicle to receive the discount. Pricing also includes a Finance/Lease Discount.
