Experience with car service was excellent. I want to give a shout out for Alex as he has consistently provided good advice that has been very useful. It is always a great experience for me when I visit the dealership. The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with whether buying a vehicle or just getting my car serviced. Every person on the staff should commend themselves for a job well done. I am so glad that Kia of Santa Rosa is my go to dealership. I have had my Telluride serviced at Jim Bone Kia since I first arrived in California. It had slightly over 3000 miles on the odometer. Today it has 75,000. I believe my car has received excellent care and service during the many times I’ve used them. The staff is, highly competent, straightforward, and honest about all of their findings and recommendations are particularly salute.
