Gas mileage is more smiles per gallon vs anything reasonable. The third row comes in handy when needed, but don't expect to put full size adults in the third row for more than a couple of hours. The third row should be reserved for the kids. The radio is ok but it does lag from the initial startup of the car to pressing buttons which is a bit annoying and I wish that I could update the software to the new software that is in the 26 Outback. Even with all of that said, the Ascent fits our needs and we are happy with the AWD system and the overall handling. The Ascent is a joy to drive and has been very capable when needed. Keep up with the maintenance schedule and drive it like a normal human and the vehicle will treat you well. Love this car by Roddy on 10/20/2025 2:34:58 PM The Ascent has comfortable seating with plenty of inside room with ease of entering and exiting, great visibility, smooth ride and plenty of power with the 2.5. Turbo. Gas mileage seems good for an all wheel drive ( if you don't have a heavy foot ). Outside noise is minimal. A relaxing drive on any road trip adventure.
