Desert Sun 2026 GMC Canyon AT4 4WD 8-Speed Automatic 2.7L I4 Turbocharged DOHC 16V LEV3-SULEV30 310hp 4WD. The Canyon is hands down the winner in almost every way - driving, power, interior, etc. It looks awesome and is one of the best looking trucks on the road. After nine months of ownership and 11,000 miles, the truck still loves it. Zero issues. One minor recall for seal on the gas tank, but when the owner got it to the dealership, mine didn't even need the fix. So glad the owner chose the Canyon! The Canyon is a step up from the Tacoma. It has better power, better performance, better mileage, better seating comfort and driving position, better safety and driver assist tech, and the truck is just better to live with. No reliability issues in the first year, and the truck feels solid overall with excellent fit and finish.
