The third door allows you into the back seat while still keeping the sport hatch feel. The trunk has more space than other hatch cars. The mpg is all in how you drive, I average 26mpg. I know mileage is still pretty low but I've not had one single mechanical or electrical issue out of her, this may change in the future as some people mention issues but we'll see. It's fun to drive, with the ability to get up and go when needed but still cruise and save gas. The suspension and rally have awesome suspension for the class and you can hug curves while keeping all wheels down. This is my daily driver and she's been on some road trips. This was a great choice for me to get the driver experience I wanted and still have all the options newer cars were offering. I plan on keeping it as long as I can, an absolute joy to drive and never a worry of major mechanical fault.
