The BMW X5 provides a posh ride experience while giving you the ability to break out from comfort into an aggressive, sporty and fast ride with the touch of a button. I equipped the executive package from factory for “the looks”, and the crystal shifter has a bad reputation for looking gaudy. To me, the glass shifter sparkles so elegantly and is a constant reminder that this isn’t an average car. The X5 provides great luxury and comfort, and it drives so much smoother, quieter, and more refined than any other car I've been in. The steering wheel is familiar yet so different. The iDrive is so much better than years past and is intuitive. The HVAC system is super and reaches your desired climate very quickly. The audio, Harman Karden base system is just fine for me. I custom built my 2019 X5 with most options selected less the off-road air bags. Options selected: M Sport, Executive Tier, 21" M Y-Spoke bi-color wheels style 741M performance run-flats, Coffee Extended Merino Leather, Anthracite-Brown Poplar Matte Finish wood trim, Dynamic Handling Package, Luxury Seating Package, Acoustic Glass, Glass Controls, Heated front seats, armrests, and steering wheel, Leather Dashboard, and BMW rubber floor mats.
