New 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid S

The Hybrid part is good; The Kia part is terrible. We love the hybrid feature. We do not enjoy the lackluster sound system and terrible build quality. Eight trips to the shop to have things fixed in the first 2 years isn’t my idea of a good vehicle. Now that the car has 30K miles, it’s time for another headlight replacement, another door handle replacement and the turbo is malfunctioning. The dealership assures us that everything is fine but I will not be purchasing another Kia. We thought this was a great car for the first year but have had multiple problems now with it. It has broken down while driving and now won’t start. The check engine light pops on and the car shuts down when anything it cause the check engine light to come on. Very disappointed with this purchase.
