It was an amazing experience with Leah and Pierre! They made us very welcome and catered to each and every requirement of ours and gave us exactly what we needed. They were always around to help us out. I am very impressed with our entire experience! As amazing and incredible Macan is, the service at our Delaware dealers is equally amazing! Just absolutely perfect interactions from beginning to end. Out of state purchase for a new Cayenne. From the initial email, Richie Garchitorena was extremely communicative and responsive to my emails, texts, etc. We got most all of the deal completed via email/text and then they were quick to help schedule transport from DE to TN. They let me know when pickup would be, sent pictures prior to pickup and everything went 100% as scheduled. I would also be remiss if I did not mention Jennifer Beamish in the Business Office for calling and getting all paperwork sent (most all via email and electronic with a couple documents Fedex to me overnight to complete all paperwork). In addition, they are able to complete all my TN state taxes, registration, title work, etc. I know a lot of dealers can do this for adjoining states, but had not experienced this for a state further away. This was done on their side, and a month later my registration and plates came to me with all taxes and fees paid. Just a completely well-organized and well-ran dealership, and will be my future Porsche dealer for purchases from here on out! Purchased a CPO Porsche from Porsche of Delaware. Great experience! All negotiations and paperwork were done online and their price for the new car and my trade in was the best all around. I would highly recommend this dealership for any new or used Porsche and ask for Pierre, as he and his team were excellent throughout my journey. I had gone to several Porsche dealerships and had some “not so good” experiences, to the point that I was thinking of going to a different brand, until I worked with Porsche of Delaware. River was an excellent salesman and made me feel very at home. Not only do I feel that I got a fair price, but it was such a painless transaction and professional. He had no problem talking to me realistically about owning a Porsche, but also was very upfront with the financing. Which Annapolis Porsche definitely wasn’t. (don’t go there) through the entire process everyone was upbeat, friendly and really made me a believer in the brand. Even the gentleman in the financing office was great! I’m super happy with my car, and will mostly get another from here down the road. A huge thank you to Porsche Delaware, and especially to Richie, for an exceptional experience in getting our 2025 Porsche 911! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and Richie’s expertise made it a pleasure. He answered all our questions about the car and its options, making sure we felt confident and excited about every detail. Richie and the entire team truly went above and beyond for the delivery, creating an unforgettable experience for our first 911. Now, I'm already dreaming about my next 911 GTS! I highly recommend Porsche Delaware! Porsche Delaware is one of the best experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle. The cars are phenomenal! This is my fourth Porsche and David, Alex and Jen make the process so easy and they make you feel like family. Always a pleasure to deal with you guys! I took my Porsche Macan to the dealer in Delaware, this is where I always take my car for service. I am very pleased with their customer service and how professional the staff is. I have no complaints, at all. As long as , I have my car Delaware Porsche will always be my first choice! I rate this business with all 10’s . Porsche Delaware is far better than the dealer that I originally purchased my turbo from. I have decided to have all my future service performed with Porsche Delaware from now on. Everyone that I encountered here was very competent, super nice and they were interested in making this by far the best experience ever. These are Great people to deal with.
