Certified 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE

Certified. Carfax one. Recent Arrival! RAV4 Hybrid X, 2.5L 4-Cylinder. 41/25 miles. This has been a good choice in vehicles. It rides well, very comfortable, decent sound system, good mileage, adaptive cruise and lane assist work well. My only issue is the noise levels. There is little to no soundproofing or insulation. Even the underside of the hood is bare. Really loved the car. Was quite comfortable and had decent mileage. Then this morning our 5 month old 2020 Rav4 AWD XLE premium, driven daily. I parked it for 16 hours overnight. This morning battery was dead, nothing was left on. Checked it out at 5.59 volts on the Fluke meter. By the time the tow truck showed up a half hour later it's at 5.49. Something is very wrong here.
