Unfortunately, their service and customer care only add to the frustration and make you question your decision to buy a Volvo. Let me share my personal experience, and you can be the judge. In mid-December, my 10-month-old XC60 Recharge unexpectedly shut down for no apparent reason. After reporting the issue, it took Volvo roadside assistance a whopping 12 hours to arrive. Imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere for that long. When they finally showed up, they attempted various fixes but to no avail. Ultimately, they had to tow my car to the service center where I initially purchased it.
