The vehicle is a very comfortable and quiet ride. The car has standout exterior beauty and a high tech interior that may be a bit challenging to some. It is exceedingly quiet and the dual motor version is very responsive. The primary problems we experienced were generally related to the software and infotainment system which I regard as symptomatic of a new car still in its infancy. We also had problems with the radio reception which were cured with replacement parts. The only continuing disappointment we have involves the wireless phone charger: GM confirmed that it does not work with IPhone 14 and higher IOS versions. Keep in mind that GM has announced that they will no longer support Apple CarPlay and Android Play in Lyriq 2025 and later model years.
