The radar technology "sees" the car ahead of you, even if you dont, because you are distracted, its rainy or foggy, dusty, or there are bright lights in your eyes, and slows or stops you. I love the heated and cooled seats, they are amazingly comfortable, even on very long trips. While I admit the initial cost is higher than many other sedans, it gets over 40 mpg WITH AWD. Try that, with other cars! Its not expensive to own, because you dont even have to pay for oil changes for the first 2 years. Its as comfortable as any SUV, but gets gas mileage better than most baby cars. Whenever I want to take a trip, that's the car I want to be driving.
