I'm left standing at the front of the truck, banging on it or trying to find another way to make it release so I can re-jigger the contents so it works again. So far, I have been successful, but it should be a concern for owners that no (consumer) manual trunk override seems to be available. For one example, I parked too close to a tree, and a slim branch got caught in the seam. For another, a cooler somehow impeded the bonnet's travel.
