The 2025 Nissan Rogue is available in four trims: S, SV, SL and the top-of-the-line Platinum while the new Rock Creek trim is only available in the all-wheel drive trim. Nissan keeps things pretty simple with powertrain options for the Rogue. Power comes from a 1.5L turbocharged 3-cylinder engine making 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque, which Nissan claims is top in its class. Nissan mates that engine to an efficient Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The Rogue comes standard with front-wheel drive, however all-wheel drive is optional. The Nissan Rogue is one of the leaders in the small SUV/crossover market. Offering a car-like driving experience, roomy interior and various powertrain options, the Rogue stands out among competition such as the Toyota RAV4 or Mazda CX-5.
