New 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn Lone Star

The Ram 1500 comes in no less than eight different trim levels; however, drivetrain choices are straightforward. All models are available in either 4x2 or 4x4 configuration with an 8-speed automatic. The Ram 1500 offers a variety of cab and bed configurations to choose from. It features a standard coil spring rear suspension, which contributes to its smooth ride, and offers an optional adaptive air suspension on certain trims. The Ram 1500 has a maximum towing capacity around 10,000 pounds and a payload capacity of up to 2,300 pounds, depending on the engine and configuration. The Ram 1500 is powered by one of three possible engine options - a V6 with 3.6L, a twin turbo or a V8 with a turbo. The most basic model is the Tradesman. Intended mostly as a work truck, the Tradesman makes do with power door locks and windows, remote keyless access, rear-view camera and of course, a Uconnect system with an 8-inch touchscreen and Bluetooth streaming audio.
