It was a loose cable causing the car to lose power, probably happened at the plant. Liked the video capturing the work done plus narrative (a first for me). Thanks Jesse and team! Now that's great customer service! I needed to order a tow bolt for my 2007 BMW and the Parts Department was very helpful. They didn't have the part in stock, so once the part arrived in 2 days, they gave me a call to go and pick it up. Now that's great customer service!
