The Al Serra Discount, if listed, is available to everyone. Courtesy Transportation Vehicles (CTP CTA/Loaners) are provided to customers while their vehicles are being serviced. A CTP vehicle may qualify for New Vehicle incentives when sold as a retail sale or lease. However, Michigan regulations require that it must be sold as a USED vehicle. All documentation must reflect this classification. Once titled to the dealership, it cannot be sold as a New or Demo vehicle. The warranty start date is when a vehicle is placed into CTP service.
