New 2026 Chevrolet Trax

This Chevrolet won't be on the lot long! This is a superb vehicle at an affordable price! A turbocharger is also included as an economical means of increasing performance. Comfort and convenience were prioritized within, evidenced by amenities such as: heated seats, lane departure warning, and a split folding rear seat. This is a big deal. It has blind spot monitor, adaptive Cruise control and these things make it safer to drive. The backup camera has dynamic lines showing you the approximate path of where you are going when backing up. The backup camera is fabutastic with great colors, dynamic lines and a large screen. No car is perfect. This is no exception. The engine noise, with the small turbo, is more than I would like. The worst part is that its "not a buick" and does not have a buick ride. Buick does make a "Trax" with its upgrades and calls it an Encore. If you are a "smooth ride affectionado" and are willing to pay more, I would recommend the Buick instead. For most people, tho, who want a new car under between 21,000 and 26,000, the Trax is the best bet. Its much larger than the Nissan Kicks, which is in a similar price range. The Mazda CX5 may be a good "half way" improvement. The CX5 is probably 30 something thousand but a bit more upscale, but not an outrageous fortune like the Toyota and Honda. In short the 2024 Trax is a bargain for those who need a low priced new car. It has more value than any other car, with a possible exception of the Maverick.
