The vehicle is a nightmare for me. I bought this as a new truck and it is a nightmare. The truck now has 11,000 miles and it has been back at Ford service 11 times. I bought brand new for one reason, because I needed reliable and didn't have time to deal with problems. This truck has been totally the opposite. Nonstop problems that Ford can't get fixed, I'm back at service over and over costing me down time, lost work, and right now I would be afraid to even drive it out of town or any distance. And there is no accountability from Ford... if this were a TV that didn't work you would return it for your money back, Ford just shrugs their shoulders and says "sorry bring it in again". The XLT I bought was nicely equipped although I am dumbfounded by why a dealer would not order these with the goose neck prep package. I also wish that Ford would offer an Ultimate XLT package that would include all of the most optioned items and include a power passenger seat. Overall very happy with the truck.
