The Maverick is available in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive as a SuperCrew with a 4.5-foot box. It comes in five trim levels: XL, XLT, Lobo (Standard and High), Lariat, and Tremor. The Maverick has a hybrid powertrain available as standard on the XL, XLT (FWD and AWD) and Lariat trim, it uses a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), producing 162 horsepower. When combined with the electric motor, the system produces an additional 191 horsepower and 155 lb.-ft. of torque.
