New 2026 Gmc Canyon Elevation

The GMC Canyon is powered by a 2.7L turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with 310 horsepower. The 2026 Canyon is available in four-wheel drive with four trims Elevation, AT4, the AT4X and Denali, while the 4x2 model is only available in the Elevation trim. Two-wheel drive Canyons are the most efficient powertrains and are capable of 23 mpg (highway). When properly equipped, Canyons have a towing capacity of 7,700 Ibs. The 2026 Canyon is only available as a crew cab with a 5-foot box. Like most modern vehicles, safety is addressed by a combination of airbags and electronic systems designed to help prevent an accident. The Canyon comes with rear parking sensors, active lane departure, active blind spot, forward and rear collision mitigation, front pedestrian detection, and following distance alert.
