The 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport AWD has been completely redesigned as part of the Passports fourth-generation launch. It is the most off-road capable SUV in Hondas history, featuring a new, boxier "Born Wild" design that emphasizes a rugged, adventure-ready persona. Engine: 3.5-liter DOHC V6 producing 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Transmission: A new 10-speed automatic transmission tuned for both smooth highway cruising and low-end trail power. Off-Road Suspension: Exclusive trail-tuned suspension with more durable forged steel arms and cast-iron knuckles for increased durability on uneven terrain. i-VTM4 AWD: Standard second-generation torque-vectoring all-wheel drive that can send up to 70% of torque to the rear wheels and distribute it 100% to either the left or right side. Tires & Clearance: 18-inch wheels wrapped in General Grabber all-terrain tires; the vehicle features 8.3 inches of ground clearance and steel underbody skid plates to protect the engine and fuel tank. Interior & Technology: The 2026 redesign brings a significant cabin overhaul, moving toward a cleaner, more digital interface. Digital Cockpit: Standard 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a larger 12.3-inch color touchscreen. Software: Integrated Google built-in (Maps, Assistant, and Play) and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.
