The Gregory Hyundai of Highland Park was the best car buying experience I have ever had. 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I were in a very bad car accident and my car got totaled. My boyfriend and I had looked at over 10 car dealerships and Hyundai of highland park was the best. We first called them to see if they had the car available to see and spoke to the sales manager Grant who told us they did have it. We then price to talk about how much and Grant was kind enough to knock the price down some. We then drove in to see it and test drive it. When we got there we met Grant who introduced Joshua. Joshua helped us throughout the whole process as well as Grant. We took the car out for a test drive and noticed that it was a much bumpy ride then expected since I had previously test drove the same car at a different dealership and knew what it was supposed to feel like. We test drove a similar version of the car and noticed it was just the streets. Coming back from that test drive we asked if we could test drive the first one again but for longer. There was no hesitation to saying yes that’s fine. When we got back we decided to move forward and talk numbers. Both Joshua and Grants were willing to work with us seeing this was unexpected to have to buy a car as my previous car was in a bad car accident. Both Joshua and Grant made it an easy decision to move forward. Thank you to Joshua and Grant for making the car buying experience so easy and less stressful! I love my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and all the time you guys took to helping us out.
