This was my first time at a Kia Dealership. DJ was very knowledgeable and explained how the car buying process goes. I came in with a friend and he assisted him with his first time car buying experience. DJ gave great customer service. DJ went above and beyond to satisfy me. DJ worked hard to get me the car and the payment plan I wanted. Everything was courtesy, professional and informative! Service was done very well! Very nice and helpful. Highly customer service oriented. I have gotten my 4 cars with them. I stay on the Northwest side and travel all the way south for their business. DJ is a great gentleman, he is very understanding and he has done an excellent job assisting me. I recommend him to everyone. The service department staff is really detailed in explaining what needs to be done to your vehicle. They are always willing to help out with a smile and overall good customer service. Thanks Kia!
