New 2026 Kia Sorento X-Line EX

Our experience with Williams Kia was nothing short of amazing! We had the best sales woman, her name was Carrie. She took what is usually a not so fun experience and made it simple and exciting. We will definitely return to her for our next vehicle. Thanks Carrie. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service center. I was in a time crunch and Bill and Holly went above and beyond to take care of the issues I was having with my car and getting it inspected. They were super pleasant and were able to fit me in. It meant so much to me they were so helpful because I do not know much about cars and I took my car to Mavis tire previously to try to get my check engine light turned off but they did not fix the problem. They were able to figure out why my light was on, drive it 50 miles and inspect my car all in a matter of a few days. They are kind, genuine people and although I do not live in town anymore, I would make the drive to get their service. I didn't buy a car...yet. I worked with Ashley Good and she has amazing integrity and ethics. She wants everything to make sense instead of just making a sale. The deal wasn't right for me at this time; I'm keeping my 2020 truck for now. Ashley knew it wasn't right. We discussed it at length and agreed it just didn't make sense - she said she wasn't comfortable with it at all. She offered complete understanding and ZERO pressure. I WILL buy my next vehicle from her and I WILL refer people to her in the interim. Go talk with Ashley - she can sell you anything on a Williams lot, not just Kia. I promise, you won't regret it.
