Used 1984 Mercedes Benz 380

The 107 Series of the SL by Mercedes Benz was built for nearly twenty years from 1971 through 1989 and would the second longest single series ever produced by the automaker only second to the Utilitarian G-Class. These 107 series SL's are a two-seat convertible with a detachable hard-top in addition to the soft-top and would be the only roadster offered by Mercedes. The 380 which refers to the engine displacement was built from 1980 until 1985. This particular absolute stunning automobile we are pleased to represent is a single family owned vehicle going from “Mom” who bought the car brand new to “daughter” after her passing. Furthermore this car is an extremely low mileage example traveling less than 20,000 miles in over 40 years. That being said, this car still retains some of its factory wax markings as well as the factory installed cosmoline on the engine parts as well as the underside before they were transported across the Salty ocean. This car has never seen a winter and rarely rain and it shows. The paint still looks like new with only a couple very small blemishes. Both hard and soft tops are in excellent condition with zero issues. The paperwork is what gets me excited, as there appears to be all of it including original window sticker, owners manuals, all factory keys, dealer and factory correspondence and service receipts since new. This car has been lovingly taken care of, gently driven to the Country Club most of its life and stored just the same.
