Used 1986 Gmc S15 Utility

We bought this a couple of years ago from a guy on the east side. The story goes: Old lady owned since new, spec'd with brown vinyl seats, brown vinyl floor, steelies and dog dishes, and a 2.8L V6. She drove it til the engine blew up, had it towed to her mechanic, and then promptly died. Mechanic called his buddy and said "I've got a one-owner, low mile Jimmy with a blown motor and a low mile (67k) TBI 350 out of an '87 Firebird Formula. Should bolt right in." Had all the accessories, including AC components, so he got it mounted in there and sold it to us. We have been pick-pick-picking away at it here and there. Got it running great, had Exhaustworks (on Fort Lowell. The good one) put in new exhaust, including cats, all the way to Flowmasters with chrome tips angled down tastefully out the back. Starts right up every time, runs strong, and needs to be finished up.
