Used 1987 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit

1987 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit finished in Ivory over tan leather. She runs and drives beautifully. Recent service includes new tires, new hydraulic spheres and a new fuel pump and lines. The body is excellent. Paint is original and very nice. Interior is very nice. The 6.75 litre V8 is fed by the same style Bosch fuel injection as used on Mercedes-Benz of the same era and that power is to the rear wheels via a General Motors hydromatic transmission. This makes for a very reliable drivetrain. The Silver Spirits are wonderful to drive and feel like old money. The big V8 provides silky smooth seamless torque, a well-developed suspension provides a nice combination of comfortable ride and good road holding, and the huge disc brakes provide the stopping power. Do yourself a favor and buy a Rolls-Royce from the era when they were elegant and powerful.
