Engine S54 from a 2003 E46 M3. Block cleaned & repainted. Rod bearings replaced (OE) at 117k miles. Vanos upgraded at 117k miles. Oil pump nut tack welded. Cooling system overhaul with Z3m S54 radiator and oil cooler. E36 M3 euro radiator cover. SPAL puller fan with custom mount. E46 PWM fan controller used with stock E36 aux fan. Valves adjusted at 152k miles. Valve cover gasket replaced. Stock headers. Bimmerworld section 2/3 exhaust. Walbro 255 fuel pump. Waterpump thermostat replaced. Chassis new bc er 2 way coilovers. Powerflex adjustable camber arms. Replaced every front & rear suspension bushing/ball joint. X-brace. SSI underpanel. Reinforced front subframe. Replaced subframe mounts. Reinforced rear swaybar tabs. Reinforced rear shock tower mounts. Rebuilt E46 ZHP rack. Oem style 24 (LTW wheels) forged wheels in 17×8.5 square (rare to see square setup in these). New rear wheel bearings on 7/24/2018. Alignment done in December.
