Unlike previous generations where the styling changed gradually, the 10th generation F Series was an all new design that was offered from 1997-2003. These trucks have proven to be reliable, long lasting vehicles that are affordable to buy and maintain. Well used examples are everywhere. Nicer, low mileage ones are harder to find. We liked this one for being a one owner Southern truck with low mileage as well as for what it is, a short bed, single cab, V6 with a 5 speed manual transmission. It has some cosmetic imperfections including chips, scratches and dash cracks (normal for these trucks) but it is still a good vehicle. It runs and drives well and is all stock with no modifications. Our service in preparation for sale included an oil change, state inspection (safety) headlights polished, a/c service, new front wheel bearings, drive belt, air filter, fuel pump, one camshaft sensor and wiper blades. Parts for these trucks are readily available and affordable, plus it's a simple vehicle that isn't hard to work on. Please contact us for more information or to schedule a test drive.
