Based on the Outback, the Baja is a useful as an AWD car and as a small pickup. These vehicles are somewhat rare as they were only offered for four years with 30,000 examples sold. Our Baja is a the top model - Limited Turbo. It was traded in here by a service customer for a newer Subaru and is in decent shape for the age and mileage. There are some cosmetic imperfections and some wear as you would expect. BUT, this Subaru is in good mechanical shape. Our service in preparation for sale included a state inspection, headlights polished, power steering pump resealed, alignment, a/c service, ATF changed, new tires, ball joints, front CV axles, front brakes, radiator, wiper blades and air filter. We also replaced the engine with a low mileage JDM unit. As part of this job, we also replaced the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, accessory belts and more. This vehicle runs great!
