Used 2008 Ford Mustang

We are proud to offer this 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 KR "King of the Road". Powered by 5.4L supercharged V8 engine producing 540 horsepower and 510 LB-FT of torque and paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. Of total production in 2008 (1,011 units) around 328 were finished in black. The new KR, like the original, is essentially a GT500 that's spent another hour or two swimming in the testosterone pool. The supercharged V-8 benefits from a new cold-air intake and a Ford Racing low-restriction exhaust. With no change in boost pressure, output is bumped to a target of 540 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, up from 500 horses and 480 pound-feet for the GT500. Still, the KR will get a new, lower 3.73 rear axle (versus the GT500's 3.31), which with the additional ponies should improve acceleration significantly (expect the KR to rocket from 0 to 60 mph in about four seconds flat or less-Z06 territory). Exterior changes are more significant, the most obvious being the two hood pins and that large, functional hood scoop. The KR benefits from a fully carbon fiber hood over the standard aluminum in the standard GT500's.
