I am getting new tires today after purchasing tires just 3 years ago, and that has been my only issue. It is comfortable, lots of room, great audio, back up camera. I only wish there was more storage in the trunk area. I had an SUV that had a ton of space under the spare tire area, was great. I would definitely purchase another Cadillac in the future. If you can get a certified used, I would do it. new Cadillac's are way to expensive for me. Customer service, including on line, is very good, helpful.
