It's a perfect blend of style, comfort, technology, and power. The Yukon's styling in this era, along with the extra Denali trim effects, feels timeless to this day. Outside it looks nice and sleek without being gaudy, and on the inside you can get all the luxury of a modern vehicle without the cold empty feeling that seems to be so prevalent in luxury vehicles of today. For example: You still get heated and cooled seats in the front, and heated seats in the back. Beautiful and comfortable leather all around. A sunroof. A heated steering wheel. A DVD player. Power everything, of course. A backup camera, AND buttons. I don't know who thought it was more efficient to navigate through touch screen menus to adjust your seat, or the air, or the volume -- when you could easily tap a readily available button or spin a convenient knob. BUT, even with all of those features it still feels warm and inviting inside. There's still beautiful wood trim and a comforting interior dual tone color scheme and design that makes you want to spend time in it. It doesn't feel at all like the common modern look of all black plastic and stiff black leather. This is the kind of car that you can be driving at night, through a light rain, with the heated seat on and the Denali's improved sound dampening keeping a nice cozy atmosphere inside. . . . but as soon as the rain stops and you see that stretch of open highway in front of you, that 6.2V8 could roar to life and make quick work of the coming quarter mile with the right lead foot behind it ---- but don't do that, I in no way condone unleashing the rubber-burning power of this magnificently reliable and ferocious V8. I mean, it doesn't seem like the previous, one and only, owner drove it that way. This Denali has been kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. The engine still runs perfectly and smoothly and everything works as it should. And while the V8 in this car is enough to get your frozen groceries home before they melt, even if the AC was broken during a Charleston summer and the grocery store was 60 miles away (again, never drive more than the speed limit); that doesn't mean we can ignore the pure ride comfort of this fantastic cruiser. The Denali was built with comfort in mind, and you can feel it. From the incredibly comfortable seats, to the wonderfully quiet interior and smooth ride quality. Oh! And behind that cover on the back bumper is where you can tow from. Just about forgot that because there's just so much to praise about this beautiful SUV. I'll admit that last bit may have been too on the nose. But seriously, it's a great ride. If you'd like to take a look or drive in person, please don't hesitate to reach out!
