The vehicle is a recent trade-in vehicle, auction vehicle, or other as-is vehicle that the dealership obtained for its used vehicle inventory and it has not been serviced, inspected or safety-inspected, or reconditioned in any form or manner, or only minimally, and is being sold to you in a wholesale to the public type transaction. The vehicle sold herein is not represented as being in road-worthy condition, or mechanically sound, or previously or currently maintained at any guaranteed level of quality or safety, and it may contain significant damage, deterioration, defect, mechanical failure, and any and all other mechanical or cosmetic problems. The vehicle may not be fit to use as a means of transportation (and its only value may lie in its parts), and the vehicle may require substantial repairs, servicing, or reconditioning at Buyer's effort and expense immediately following purchase. It may not be possible to register the Vehicle to drive in its current condition. The dealership is not responsible for detecting or disclosing obvious or undetected defects or damage on the Vehicle and Buyer fully acknowledges same. As stated, the dealership may not have reconditioned or serviced the Vehicle at all, or only minimally, and there could be significant wear-and-tear on the Vehicle and outright mechanical or cosmetic defect, including major engine or transmission issue or failure; boots damage; leaks; damages or defect to bearings, paint, and trims; interior damage; exterior damage; noises during operation; dents; undercarriage damage or wear; rust; electronics failure; weathered parts; emblem issues; dash pads issues; or sun and other exterior and interior weather damage. Buyer assumes any and all risk and expense, direct and indirect, related to the foregoing disclosures.
