The 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was designed as a track-focused, naturally aspirated performance vehicle. Its key performance features included a high-revving engine, a track-tuned and adjustable suspension, upgraded Brembo braking, a unique exhaust system, and specialized aerodynamic components. Has 444 horsepower that makes 380 lbs-feet of torque and can spin up to 7,500 rpm. It features a 6-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip 3.73 rear axle. Key performance specs include a 0-60 mph time of about 4.2-4.4 seconds, which is on par with many new modern performance cars, and an EPA-rated 17 mpg city / 26 mpg highway fuel economy. The additional horsepower over the GT is due, in part, to the forged pistons, connecting rods, short-runner intake manifold, better cams and ported cylinder heads (CNC) among other tweaks. The reason this 3 owner car has a such a low price it is a manufacture reaquired vehicle bought back by Ford for a transmission issue. Ford put in a new transmission. Will not last long at this price! Runs and drives great!
