Used 2013 Subaru WRX Base

My 2013 Subaru WRX (Dar Gray, Base Trim, VIN# JF1G-V7E6-9DG0-23494) has approx. 111,000 miles on it, but the engine is only 4-5 years old (was replaced with a brand new motor in 2021). I have been the sole owner of this car, purchasing it new from a Subaru dealer. The WRX is mechanically overall in a great condition and the ride is smooth. The interior is in great condition. The exterior is in good/fair condition, with some minor body scratches/imperfections throughout, including one rust spot at the front left wheel well. I have (2) sets of wheels (tire and rim) that come with this car, each newer with deeper treads. The summer wheelset has Enkei Rims with Firestone Firehawk summer racing tires, and the winter wheelset has Subaru OEM gunmetal gray stock rims with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires. In addition, the WRX is equipped with a Thule roof rack. Given the great overall mechanical condition of the car, the great interior condition, the good/fair cosmetic/exterior condition, the extra wheelset, and the roof rack accessory associated with this 2013 Subaru WRX, I am asking for $11,400 or best offer.
