Now the ex-cop cars are AWD twin turbo V6s that make 360HP, have ballistic rated reinforced doors, stab-proof front seats, and chassis reinforcement rated for 75MPH rear collisions. This one was not a daily beater. Based on the engine hours vs idle hours, with an average lifetime speed near 40mph, this was driven by a detective or something. California registered 1-owner, with new Goodyears and fresh maintenance. OH. And it retains the child seat hooks in the back, with all the window and lock options back there of a standard civilian car, so not used to transport detainees.
