I have owned Mercedes-too soft and BMW- too hard; but the Audi is just right. It is easy to see all controls and operate them. It is also plenty fast. I have had no service issues and have used the dealer. Have owned 4 Audi A8 L and all have been great!! The Audi A8 L's I've owned have been a pleasure to drive & ride. Lots of room and full of feature & benefits. They just keep getting better with new model years!! This vehicle is Amazing for the money. I switched from a 2008 Lexus Ls 460. Did quite a bit of homework before switching. I was specifically looking for the A8L Sport with the Bang and Olufsen and rear seat comfort package. I've had my vehicle for three weeks. I'm truly satisfied.
