They treat u like fam and good vehicles that they have. I live in Houston, Tx i was searching for a truck on Craigslist and I had seen my dream truck on there. I contacted the dealership and spoke directly with Santos the owner of McAllen Motor cars in McAllen, Tx (6 hours away) I knew this was a 13 year old. He kept his word and held the truck for me, the truck was in better condition than I would imagine a 13 year old truck would be in. He was very professional and not pushy like other dealerships. We we turned down from another dealer because we weren't from town.. and I'm glad they did. We got a quality vehicle and a better deal here. My son got his "Texas" truck. Really Nice Badass Vehicles! Recommend this place & their staff! This dealership was awesome! I felt no-pressure, didn't feel rushed. The staff was very truthful, unlike the dealership across the street (very shady). They listened to me and my wants. I believe the key to a successful business is to listen more and talk less. The entire process was quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. Throughout the inquiries and questions I had, I received quick and clear communication. There were no games played with me or my money. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). The sales person we worked with was a professional and polite salesperson, I couldn't ask for more. McAllen Motorcars is very attentive to customer's needs, I experienced it first hand. We ended up leaving fairly late but the staff stayed with me through out and I didn't feel any frustrated vibes whatsoever.
