You assume full responsibility for any damages, legal claims, or financial loss resulting from the use of the vehicle. The vehicle owner does not provide insurance coverage unless specified in a separate agreement. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, except for normal wear and tear. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the vehicle owner from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising out of the use of the vehicle. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not operate the vehicle.
