Engine has plenty of power for towing but also gets decent gas mileage. This is easily the best driving and most competent truck I've driven. Originally I wanted a Silverado but was very underwhelmed during the test drive and from other reviews. Also test drove Toyota Tundra and F-150 but found the RAM to be the best overall. Tundra was outdated and very rough riding. The F-150 was a very compelling alternative but I still felt the RAM was best between the two. I hope to keep this truck for a long time. It's very comfortable riding took awhile to get use to the no shifter just a dial but like anything else it's ok now. I would definitely recommend one to someone interested in 1.
