The 2013.5 to 2016 BMW 550i models are widely regarded as the best of the N63-powered lineup, thanks to the introduction of the significantly revised N63TU engine. This updated version addressed nearly all the issues found in the earlier N63, with extensive internal upgrades that essentially made it a completely different—and far more reliable—engine. Please note, sunroof glass is stuck closed, but the power shade is still working fine!
