The Magic Seat second-row is very flexible. You can fold the rear seatbacks flat, flip up the rear seat bottoms (for Tall Mode), or use Long Mode to haul items up to ~79 in length. With the seats folded, the Fit offers up to 52.7 cubic feet of cargo space excellent for a subcompact hatchback. Very good mpg numbers, especially with the CVT automatic: the LX gets about 33 city / 41 highway with the auto/CVT. Even with the manual transmission, it still delivers very respectable fuel economy in its class. The Fit LX is praised for being nimble, easy to maneuver, especially in urban settings. The compact size, tight turning radius, and responsive steering help here. It has a stable, well-balanced suspension and a more rigid / improved chassis compared to older generations.
