Please note if the buyer is planning on having a pre sale inspection we will not take a deposit until after the pre sale inspection is complete. The deposit is generally not refundable, and would only be refunded in extenuating circumstances. LW management reserves the right to make the final decision pertaining to acceptance of or return of a deposit. A re-stocking fee will apply. We accept bank wire, certified check or personal check on once cleared. Buyer cannot take the vehicle if they are paying with a personal check unless cleared. If the buyer is having the vehicle shipped: buyer pays all shipping costs unless other arrangements have been made with LW management. Certain vehicles may be eligible for free shipping. Please note shipping can take 10-14 days. We are not responsible for the shipping time. The 10-14 days is just an estimate and can take longer depending on buyers location. If you need your vehicle sooner, we suggest you pick it up at our location. PA buyers are responsible for sales tax, doc fee, title fee, registration and lien fee if there is a loan on the vehicle. Out of state buyers are responsible for paying a $499 doc fee and their sales tax in their state. If you need a 60 day temp plate it is $99. All buyers must have a valid driver's license and insurance card.
