Used 2017 Volkswagen e-Golf SE

The look on the outside of the car is rather understated, but I like that about the e-Golf. It doesn't scream, Look at me! Others may find the look rather drab, so the Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt might be more to their liking. With the Level II charger installed in our garage, I can go from no charge to full in about 3 1/2 hours. The standard 120-volt wall outlet will suffice, but only if you have the patience for the 22-hour charge time. I recommend the investment in the Level II charger; its worth the convenience over the long haul. As long as the 7500 federal tax subsidy stays in place, this is a very affordable vehicle and totally serviceable for most driving needs for most people.
