Lincoln gave me an hour with a factory trained expert on the car's systems and he went over how to use the many functions. That was well worth the time spent. I have taken the car on a long trip and am very pleased with how quiet and comfortable it is. The optional 30 way seats are by far the best seats on the market. After driving for awhile you can turn on the massage feature of the heated or cooled seats and they will make you feel refreshed and relaxed. At the end of the day you are not tired and worn out. These soft, genuine leather 30 way seats are a wonderful option and I highly recommend you spend the money to order them. I have driven every high end car on the market and nothing comes even close to the comfort of the Continentals seats. I also love the cruise control which allows you to set the distance to maintain behind the car in front of you. This is really nice on long trips and make the trip much less stressful. I continue to be very impressed with the service and quality of the Lincoln dealership. Lincoln will come to your location to pick up your car for service and leave you a loaner car to use while it is being serviced. When the service is complete, they will wash your car and return it to you at your location. The car has an excellent bumper to bumper warranty. It is an elegant car that gets a lot of compliments. If you are looking for a top quality car that is truly comfortable, offers great performance and handling, is fun to drive and is built with very high quality materials, you should drive a Continental.
