This is the first Gen 2 Volt we've gotten, and we are impressed. The drivability, EV range, power, options, and overall design, inside and out, are not only a huge step up from the Gen 1, but we're here to tell you it is pretty much top of the heap of any of the plug-in hybrid options out there of any make, even at 6 years old. It's got some miles on it, but you wouldn't know it, even upon close inspection, it has worn incredibly well. Heated seats and steering, self-parking, 45 miles of pure EV and 42mpg on gas and a nice, steady, quick trip to 60mph in 7.5 seconds.
