Despite great styling lots of good features (which requires the ‘Elite’ model) very comfortable ride and surprisingly good fuel economy that legendary Japanese reliability has clearly faded. At just over 50K miles the fuel injectors needed replacing and at just over 60K miles the A/C compressor failed on a boiling hot day while we were out of state of course which was a $2000 repair without the warranty. Popping Noise By E on Monday, April 27, 2020 Honda needs to figure out there infotainment problem. Loud popping and crackle noise from the speakers sounds like the windshield is cracking. Does it with the radio or not. Completely annoying and Honda does not have a solution. The noise is LOUD not enjoyable to drive in. Do not recommend Nothing but trouble By Dan on Saturday, December 19, 2020 Traded our 2019 Pilot Touring with 9000 miles on it. Cracking and piping noise in the dash couldn’t be fixed. In the shop three times in one year and the sound always come back. Won’t ever buy another Honda. Lost a lot of money trading in new car but was worth it to be rid of it.
