The only thing I've ever had to do was oil changes, and I've never had the check engine light come on. My main complaint is that the 2.5 is slow, the CVT does a good job of handling the power, however, it lags sometimes. The car is responsive, but I wouldn't call it fun to drive. It always feels secure tho, as a Subaru should.
